I tried reaching out to Mr. [redacted] today.  What I have been informed of was that the person that Mr. [redacted] spoke to at Chrysler was apart of the resolution team and that they were going to repair the issue he has had with his truck.  The truck is repaired at this point and my...

service manager on multiple times has tried contacting Mr. [redacted] to inform his truck was ready for pickup.  I have a call into our Chrysler service rep to see what he is willing to do for Mr.  [redacted].  At this point we are awaiting the direction from Chrysler for resolution.  They authorized the repairs and we completed what they have asked.  As far as a buy back this will need to come from Chrysler and thus the payment to be paid by them.  Mr. [redacted] please reach to me on my cell phone [redacted].  I will happy to help in any way that I can.

I spoke with [redacted] about this in detail today.  He explained to me the wiring harness is indeed a factory harness.  He also explained to me that the trailer hitch was installed by an aftermarket company.  The hitch was not a factory installed item and [redacted] informed him that...

[redacted] installed the hitch.  He also informed the Service Advisor that he bought this vehicle used and the Service Advisor did inform him upfront that there would possibly be a charge of $99.00 to fix his concern.  We have a signed form from the customer authorizing the work to be completed and for the amount the customer is requesting back.

I did speak with the manager that Saturday, and he was more than helpful in getting this resolved. I have been out of town this past week, but intend on calling this week and scheduling a time to bring the truck back in to fix the issues with the exhaust. The other issues we had with any of the paperwork has now been taken care of, thanks to Mr. H[redacted].
