Review: Shoe was clearly marked on sale in 5 colors, once put in cart sales price was no longer active. None of the 5 colors showed sale price once in cart. Called customer support and she said take print screen and send with invoice to customer service email they would give credit. After I did, I was informed by email to call next time and place the order over the phone. But why didn't she take my order over phone initially? After calling second time and speaking with custom support was told to send again those screen prints and also send reference # that she gave me and they would credit my credit card. Received email stating Regrettably, the style was not on sale when the order was placed. Clearly the website WAS showing sale price for all 5 colors.Desired Settlement: I want the credit for the difference in the price of the shoe credited back to my account

Review: In the spring of 2014 I ordered a pair of slip on loafer to wear at a family reunion on August 16, 2014. I wore the loafer that Saturday with no problems all day. The next day Sunday I rested and did not go anywhere. Monday morning after my shower I was applying lotion to my feet and noticed that my middle toe on my left foot was swollen almost the size of my big toe with fluid in it. I panicked and went straight to the nearest hospital. I was seen by doctors, surgeons etc...I was told that a blister was formed and not to rupture it. I was given antibiotics because I am a diabetic and they did not want infection to set in. Then on Wednesday when I woke up to check my foot, both of my big toes under the nail bed were black and blue full of blood. Blood was coming out of the top of my left big toe. I went straight to the hospital again. This time they admitted me and ran all kinds of test on me. I stayed a day and a half. The conclusion was that the shoes damaged my feet. I got a refund from the company that sold me the shoes online, but when the company dc shoes finally contacted me, the woman insulted me by saying, "We were thinking of sending you a free pair of shoes". After all I suffered with their product, not to mention that I am diabetic and my toes are suffering more damage due to the shoes. You would think that they owe me more than a pair of their shoes. Red flags went up when she ask me, "Did you have them chemically tested? Too many shoes are coming from China with excessive toxins in them and corporate greed over health, and safety issues seems to be the norm. this company will pay for their insensitive behavior.Desired Settlement: I want this company and the woman who insulted me to sent me an apology. Also discuss with me how can they rectify this situation; because my toes are getting progressively worst.
