We purchased this device in early December for a "deal"....$We went through the demo, asked several questions and then, feeling like this was the answer to our "cable cutting" *** we brought it home and we have had nothing but issues since
If you like re-starting shows 3-times, Lagging shows, screens that freeze up, annoying pop up ads you can't get rid of, being booted out mid-show, having to un-plug and reload, ***
The staff will blame your issues on everything under then sun, expect to take responsibility for a badly built device***
I have been the owner of one of DC Simple Android sticks for one year now
Firstly I must state that the two reasons I decided to buy a TV streaming device are:
1) Get away from the outlandish costs associated with cable TV
2) I want to be in control of the time of day I watch a show/movie, not when the cable provider dictates(PVR isn't an option because I would still need cable)!
DC Simple android was the answer Yes, it was a learning curve from what I was used to, but patience and perseverance pays off You do not search for a 'channel' the show/movie is on, but the 'title' of the show/movie (time of day is not a factor)You are not restricted to North American TV.......the world is your oyster! Also, sites to watch live sports are plentiful
I have dealt with Ben and Matt at DC Simple on a few occasions and you cannot ask for better customer service in my opinionI highly recommend their product

I returned my stick after a 3 days and was assured a refund was on the way. 2 months later, no refund and they won't even return the stick. Both [redacted] and [redacted] don't return calls and e-mails go unanswered. Bad all around service and product.
After buying a device I was very disappointed with it. I was promised channels that they could not deliver on. You can buy virtually any device they sell for less than $50.00 on line. Sorry I ever bought from them.
