I am rejecting this response because: I have no objection with the way the bathroom walk in shower turned out, we like it very much. The issue is not the money which I stated prior that I would absorb this. Before we had signed the contract we were told just to get the tile (never mentioned what tile would be covered under this contract) the company left themselves open to this and they also stated they would finish the job within weeks. First, the project start date was delayed on their part then the work was not consistent, several times they would show up late or couldn't make it out that day, there was always an excuses. This project was completed just under a month and many times we had to rearrange our schedule to accommodate their workers. The money was never the issue whenever *** asked for money to pay his co-workers we never hesitated, even though the project was not completed, many people lose their money by paying up front, we trusted them that they would come out and continue their work which they did.
The bottom line to all this is yes, we are very satisfied with the end result but the excuses for their co-workers not being able to come out on the days they said they would come out and also trying to put all of the blame on us when you need to step up and take some responsibility

I am *** *** of dctile and remodelingI worked with Angie's list to offer a coupon to the public for tile an existing shower with material allowance of Price was for I sent out my sub *** out to discuss the deal with *** a couple days after Angie's
list posted it because he had questionsA tub to shower conversion is more labor intense because the plumbing has to be all rerouted, and mud set floor towards center drainNew valve etc.
We then quoted him a price and during the removal and prep work, *** throws a curve ball by bringing in marble tile on meshThat is very meticulous work to doI told him an additional we would finish it just settle up with what we got done so far if we didn't come up with an agreementHe agreed to compensate for the change and we proceededOnce we were finished with the job *** settled up and we had closed that job like hundreds beforeI sent out my inspector to check the slope of the water floorAnd came out negativeThere was a little pool where it gatheredI immeditely notified *** and told him we would fix that no charge as far as laborHe ordered the tile and paid for itAnd we re -sloped the shower floorOther companies would've never called back and want to help him with his issueHe told my installer if satisfactory on slope he would take care of Cost of tileNow months later *** been tarnishing my name in any which way possibleNext step is legal action for slanderingI have tried multiple times to reach out to *** to discuss a settlement of anythingHe will not listen and ignores my estimators phone callsI'm willing to give him his refundAs long as he removes all reviews about my companyHis shower was outstandingVery artistic look from my installersGranted a few times my installers ran behind schedule the result is clearly immaculate.
