We received a phone call offering free water testing. We set up a time for the man from Water's Edge to come to our home. He tested our water saying that certain things in our water was very high and other things in our water was alright. He showed us a water system that would soften our water as well as purify it. We are having a bit of trouble with our current water softener because it is old so we paid him the money for this new system. We set up several times for his plumber to come and install it but there was always a reason he could not keep the appointment or did not show up or even call. On April 12 we once again tried to call and the phone was disconnected and no longer in service. We called the other number and the business was no longer renting office space there and had no forwarding address or phone number.
