D&C

I have been a customer of D&C since 1985. My bill was raised approximately a year ago from $17.00 to just over $24.00.

I received a letter in early January 2014 indicating that my bill will raise to $34.09 per month. I called customer service to inquire about the increase and was advised that there is digital content package bundled into my subscription. I will never use the digital content and do not need to pay for access. I spoke with [redacted] (phonetic) who advised that he would attempt to give a credit for previous cancellations that would include credit for digital access. This proposed credit was a nice gesture, but did not address the nature of my complaint. I never received a call back.

I called again on 2/20/14 and spoke with a second representative and attempted to explain that various friends in different cities in the D&C coverage area did not receive this letter about a price increase. To note a friend in the same neighborhood as me did not receive this letter and his bill appears to be unchanged.

I was advised that I would receive some type of follow up, which has not occurred. I would like to speak with someone, but I am tired of calling with no resolution.
