I am rejecting this response because:
Pursuant to our phone conversation today, I would like to re-open complaint number [redacted].  I thought the issue was resolved when the business paid its...

past due water bill and the water was turned on again so I dropped the complaint.  Apparently it was a mistake to believe it was resolved as again on 01-26-2017 and again on 02-27-2017 the business failed to pay the water bill and our water was turned off again. I then filed complaint number [redacted] in reference to the two additional events. Revdex.com says it's a duplicate complaint and is therefore invalid. I maintain that it is two more separate events occurring on separate dates that must be dealt with.
