Review: I went to location in 2012 to do my 2011 taxes and I have had 2 issues since. first She had me paying CT state tax and I didn't have to and second I received a letter from IRS stating one of my 1099 was not included in my return,. I have asked on more than one occasion for a copy of my return and have gotten bits and pieces. They always have computer problems. I just want a refund of what I paid because I didn't get the service I was charged for. Now every year the IRS will be watching me because of this companies errors and the penalties and fees I have to pay doesn't compare to the anger and frustration. thousands of dollars and hours and research and time taken away from my son.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of fees and fees paid to do the tax over.
