Review: I dropped off dry cleaning on 8/19/13 and picked it up on 8/24/13. The cleaning was prepaid. When I picked up the cleaning I noticed that there was an item in my order that was not mine. I also noted that one of my items was missing. It is listed as a scarf on my ticket, however, it is in fact a white button down long sleeve cotton blouse with a Units tag in the collar. I reported this to the the representative at the cleaners, [redacted]. She attempted to call the plant and locate the blouse, however, they were not able to locate it. I was offered $25 in free cleaning, however, I preferred to have the money in order to replace the blouse. I asked to speak with the Manager and was told that they could not give that information out. I left my name and number with the representative and advised them that if I didn't receive a return call from the Manager by Tuesday, September 3rd that I would make a complaint with the Revdex.com. Furthermore, there is not policy posted in the store lost items. The drycleaners records are kept by phone number and my orders are under my home number. My ticket number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to see the policy posted in the store and receive the $25 in cash/check to replace the blouse they lost
