I have been in my home 5 years this year. Love my little house when I have called about something need fixing someone respond within 72 hours.I love the staffing. Mr. Derek is willing to work with anyone when other people won't! I love DDC RENTAL MS PARTEE
The property manager will not fix the repairs in the home. Now retaliating by evicting me from the property May 30, 2020. Since I complained I move ou
11/2018 I informed the property manager about the repairs in the home that were wrong and he told me that I broke them and he is not fixing the problems. Since I complained about the problem the property manager evicting me for asking to fix repairs. My rent is paid up to date.
Fix the repairs and not make me move

We have informed*** she is not currently under lease with us here at DCC RENTALS LLC. Her Leaseas1:: expired Dec 1st, 2013. and we mailed her a 30 day to move letter on 3-17-2020 She has until the end of April 30; 2020 to vacate property.*** has resided in the we have sent several maintenance and repair calls to the property to fix/repair the same items that the tenant is reporting to you about. Also sine-*** has been in the property take her to court for no"!-payment in July 2019 and aiso helped he: out with fii!ing out paper work for*** nonprofit to help her pay her rent when we could have just evicted this tenant because we do not accept*** payments we allowed her to do this out of the kindness of our hearts.
*** was told if she had a problem that she caused in the property she is responsible for fixing and she signed the papers stating that she would she also was allowed to hire her own Handyman and I agreed to pay the person she hired especially when all this Covid 10 news going around no one is safe going into anyone's house right now, the person she hired contacted me and stated she would not let him in the properly and also the gentleman that is not on the lease and that lives in the property which which is a violation he told the Handyman that she hired "he had to leave and go to pharmacy and get his blood pressure medicine and he can't fix anything now." I immediately contacted*** and told her what the handy man she hired told me.

I am a tenant of DCC Rentals, Derrick C Owner, and I have been for almost five years won't fix anything and I have mold in my house and leaky pipe
My utilities have been extremely high for almost for month now, because of leaky water pipes and almost about to burst under the house. Mold is growing in my bathrooms and outs is leaking in the garage light fixtures that is hazardous and plus I have health issues and asthma. I ha put in several complaints about these issues they are continued to be ignored. They are saying they are not emergency maintenance issues.
To be placed in bad standing on business list, and to get some resolution to my problem.
Hi this tenant contacted us earlier this year concerning a stopped up toilet and in her home. We sent a maintenance tech to the home and the tenant stopped up her toilet by placing too much tissue in and and trying to flush it down. She understands this is her responsibility and agreed to pay for damage she or her family members caused in the property. She has not paid for it to this date. Seems like she is damaging the home more with this complaint
