This company makes conflicting claims on their website regarding their return policies In two places they state they have a Day Guarantee, then they state a day policy but the fine print states hours I bought an k gold bracelet the middle of November I’ve worn it maybe ten times and the k gold is wearing off and copper is showing through A very cheaply made piece of jewelry and very poor customer service Buyer beware! This company is not interested in selling quality products or in fulfilling their so called Guarantees!

I bought an 8" bracelet They sent a 1/4" bracelet I asked about returning the incorrectly shipped item and getting the item I'd ordered and was advised it didn't exist I was then offered several coupon codes to go buy more bracelets that wouldn't fit I have followed up several times in the past weeks asking about the process to return the item for a full refund, but haven't heard back from them

They advertise their jewelry as 14k white gold triple plated over sterling silver however once I received my bracelet it immediately turned my wrist green, thus indicating that it is not 14k platedIt also took over a month for me (as well as others who complained online) to receive my purchase & fortunately for DCentral Wonder, their exchange policy only covers a warranty of days from the date of purchaseDon’t waste your moneyI wish something could be done for all of that have

I have not purchased anything from Dcentral Wonder Rather, this review is a warning to other potential customers, as well as a report to the Revdex.com that Dcentral Wonder is misusing the *** name and logoAfter seeing many red flags throughout the company website (such as the claim that they've been selling diamond jewelry "online only" for over years), I decided to come to the Revdex.com before purchasing anything from Dcentral Wonder Feeling uneasy about some of the site's other claims, I decided to "trust but verify" the company's use of the *** logo, statement that is is an "Accredited Business," and claim that it has an A+ *** Review I am happy that I did, because it is clear that Dcentral Wonder is not accredited and that their actual rating is a D+These obvious lies make it clear that the company is hiding something, and trying to portray themselves as something that they are not Buyer beware And Revdex.com: you may want to do something to have your logo and "rating" (fake as it may be) removed from this [seeming] fraudster's website
