Review: We purchased a new 2013 Audi A7 from DCH Audi Oxnard the beginning of September 2012. We were residence of WA, but travel to CA quite a bit and happened to really appreciate the sales service from the salesman in Oxnard. He helped us locate the exact car we were looking for. It was in Montana.We handled the entire transaction in CA and paid cash with a Money Order sent from our bank. DCH convinced us it would be easiest to let them handle the title and registration paperwork even through we needed the car registered in WA. To make a very long story short, it is now May of 2013 and though we have the car in our possession, we do NOT have the title.We have contacted DCH almost monthly, sometime more often, and they continue to tell us every time that we should be receiving it "very soon". The registration papers that we received incorrectly listed our bank as the lien holder on our car even though we did not take out a loan. DCH accidentally noted them as the registered owner. At this point, I honestly do not know what to do to receive the title, however I do know I would NEVER use the services of the incompetent DCH Audi Oxnard ever again.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the title!!! I also believe that DCH Audi should be banned from handling any out of state purchases since they have proven that they do not know how to do it correctly.

I am rejecting this response because we have been in contact with Patrick Murphy and Oxnard Audi since the purchase of the car, however we have yet to receive a corrected registration nor the title. Until that time, we consider our complaint unresolved.
We have not been given a date for receipt of either.
