Review: On Sat Sept 5th I took my car in for service. R[redacted]t helped me and was very pleasant.. I got an oil/filter change, fluid/transmission drain and refill and the tires rotated. It took about an hour and a half. I drove home and the car stayed parked. On Sunday September 6th one of my neighbors noticed fluid under my car and pointed it out. When I dipped my finger in the puddle, it appeared to be oil. I checked my dipstick and it was dry. I moved my car a couple feet and checked again a couple hours later. More fluid. I checked the dipstick again and it was still dry. Nothing on the towel. Another one of my neighbors offered to try and fix it. We drove his car to the store on Mon Sept 7th and bought an oil filter and 5 quarts of oil. When he was trying to get the filter off he mentioned it was on extremely tight. When he got the filter off and drained it, very little oil came out. He showed me the difference between the two filters and noted that the one that Honda put on appeared to have a bad seal. It was much thinner than the new one. He replaced the filter and added oil. All appeared to be ok. I drove the car Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri morning. On Tues & Wed I also noticed a small (about quarter size) puddle of thin red liquid under the car which I believed to be transmission fluid.Friday afternoon, Sept 11th, I took my car back to Honda at 1:00 and gave Paul the filter that was taken off the car, receipts that were evidence of oil and filter purchase, and explained what happened. He was very pleasant. He told me my car would be a priority. I left the used Honda filter with him. 3:00 R[redacted]t took me back to show me my car. He explained the car was now 3 qts too much oil. If I had leaking oil the entire under my car would be covered in oil. He told me I read the dipstick wrong. (The towel was DRY). He couldn't offer an explanation, but gave me a free oil change. On Sun Sept 13th I popped the hood to notice my brake fluid was extremely low. I bought more. That night driving to the store my tire of.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my entire visit on Sept 5. My car was supposed to have oil changed, the fluids topped off, transmission fluid changed and tires rotated. I truly believe the oil leaked out of the car. Even if I read the dipstick wrong, the towel was DRY when I checked it. It took 2 hours for them to determine it was 3 qts too full when I brought it back? They didn't check the brake fluid and my drivers side tire came off while I was driving because the lug nuts were not secured properly!
