I am rejecting this response because: The business has only emailed me to ask me to call them which I cannot do I do not have any calls from the dealership "as recently as days ago." Attached is a letter I sent to Kia Headquarters and the dealership with full explanations and email correspondence

We have made several attempts to contact the consumer without his either answering or returning calls/emailsOne of which was an email I sent to Mr [redacted] on Aug 29th, (attached) with no responseWe attempted to call him as recently as days agoMr [redacted] does NOT want to talk on the phone and ONLY wants to communicate via email with us, yet he does not respond to emails eitherThere isn't much I can do to help if he is not interested in talking to usI would like the complaint removed due to his lack of cooperationThank you!

My version of events is neither inaccurate nor exaggerated; my description of the events is factualThe sales person at their store behaved exactly as I described, and potentially violated the law by misleading us about the purpose of all the personal information that he requested, despite our repeated statements about not being interested AT ALL in dealership financingHe also violently grabbed our documents out of my hand and hit the desk quite loudly in the process.When the person claiming to be the general manager, who was not present when the events took place, contacted us by phone, he did so to dispute the events and to excuse the salesperson's behaviorI informed him that after our experience at the dealership, I could not trust any information coming from him, and that I would request all necessary information from the pertinent regulatory agencies, to find out whether or not any laws and our rights have been violated, as well as the options available to us to ensure that others are not put through similar misleading and unpleasant situation by that dealershipAt that point, I said good bye and terminated the conversation

I called and spoke with this gentleman briefly just after his original complaint. Some of his claim is inaccurate and exaggerated. I tried to help solve the issue with him but he wasn’t interested in discussing it with me or coming to a resolution so he hung up on me. No further contact by my store...

has been made since. Confusion in communication happened that day for sure and I’m certain we could have done a better job on our end. Nothing aggressive happened I can assure you and I’m sure they were upset at the time. I am open to a discussion with them if they are interested if they choose to reach out.
