Review: On 04/11/15, I entered into a lease with DCH Montclair Acura for a 2015 RDX AWD with Remote Start. I believe that the dealership grossly misrepresented themselves by delivering the car with only ONE set of keys.Desired Settlement: I only like to obtain another remote start key fob so that I have two sets of keys for my brand new car.

Ms. [redacted] entered into a lease and requested we install an optional remote start accessory as part of the agreement. We installed the remote start for Ms. [redacted] and provider her with the 1 fob that was provided to us from the OEM. Ms. [redacted] at that time felt that we "grossly misrepresented" ourselves by only providing 1 fob however the OEM only provides 1 fob with the remote starter. I believe it was a combination of Ms. [redacted] assuming the remote start would come with 2 fobs being there are 2 sets of keys, combined with our lack of communication explaining that the remote start only comes with 1 fob per the OEM. At no time did we "grossly misrepresent" any items. Please note contrary to Ms. [redacted]'s statement, we did not deliver the vehicle with only one set of keys. She received both sets of keys with the vehicle when she took delivery. In fact when she called the dealership to complain about only getting one fob she stated "How could she only get 1 fob with 2 sets of keys." Nonetheless, as a courtesy, we already provided Ms. [redacted] with a second fob at no additional cost and offered an apology for the miscommunication.
Review: When I purchased my 2010 BMW 128 I used, the owner's manual was missing from the car. I've mentioned about it at the time, and they were going to order one for me. After two months being passing as of 4/8, they state the manual is still in back order. Sales person Charles Philips, says that he'll follow up, but never do, therefore, involved Paul Dujets, but problem is not getting resolved.Desired Settlement: I just simply want the owner's manual sent to me, or if they cannot get it, they can also pay for the price of the manual which is around 100 + tax
