It because their finance manager register my car to DMV with wrong VIN
They have called several times and visit my home for sign up with my wife,
and I visited their office
It was amazing speed!
At that time, sales guy told me, I'll get new registration with correct VIN
However, I didn't the registration yet
Since I resigned on Documents, I've tried to complaint several times
But, their managers are always busy,busy,busy
I request any manager call me and solve my problem
However, no manager called me
Yesterday, someone call me and she said email me document for request new registration, but, I didn't get it, yet
Maybe, DCH Toyota of Torrance take several days or weeks, and then contact me
Their car? I think it's goodBut their service? make me crazy
I've wasted my time for correct registration for over a half year

At the first time, sales person and financial manager told us(me and my wife), "I can make my lease payment like regular payment.(At that time my credit is too bad)
So, now I raise my credit score and than call them how do I make my lease payment lower?
He just say, "you want to buy your car? That is the way payment lower."

I went to buy a car recently and I was asking them to show me a quote for this car if I finance.they show nothing but monthly payment price and did not show me a breakdown even I requested many many times.and the sales guy had no idea how this interest calculation works (he said it himself) and this manager guy was super shady.
