Review: We purchased a 2013 Acura MDX approximately 16 months ago from DCH Tustin Acura. When we were in the finance office we offered the opportunity to purchase a maintenance plan that would cover maintenance items over a given period of time. The finance manager insisted that the maintenance plan would include the replacement of brake pads and rotors when they require replacement. My wife and I both repeated the question of whether or not brakes were covered and the finance manager responded "Yes."

Today I took my car in for routine service and it was discovered that the vehicle needed new brake pads and resurfaced rotors. Low and behold, the maintenance plan that I purchased DOES NOT cover brake repair and I'm now out $260.Desired Settlement: Refund of brake replacement or extended maintenance plan.
