Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Pursuant to our phone conversation today, I would like to re-open complaint number [redacted] I thought the issue was resolved when the business paid its past due water bill and the water was turned on again so I dropped the complaint Apparently it was a mistake to believe it was resolved as again on 01-26-and again on 02-27-the business failed to pay the water bill and our water was turned off againI then filed complaint number [redacted] in reference to the two additional eventsRevdex.com says it's a duplicate complaint and is therefore invalidI maintain that it is two more separate events occurring on separate dates that must be dealt withI am requesting that the original complaint be re-opened and all three instances be dealt with.My phone # is [redacted] Thank you for you courtesy and attention on the phone today and you continued attention to this matter[redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***
