Good Afternoon.First of all., Saunder's concern with my name; My given name is ***et ***. I married and had a daughter, thus changed my name to ***et *** ***. I then divorced over years ago and remarried. I did not want mydaughter, Shannon *** to feel as though not part of our family (My second husband, Jeff *** and I were blessed with twins)As an educator, my degree is under ***et *** *** (still my legal name) therefore I never changed mylast name when I remarried. My legal name, as ***' see on my credit card is ***et *** ***. I go by *** *** on facebook as the reason I wanted to be on facebook was to meet up with old classmates! I am proud of my given name therefore technically I am; ***et *** *** ***. I am not running from the law nor think that my name is relevant and find it puerileSanders' continues to put in their messages that I only paid for the tow...Yes., I paid plus tax for a tow. BUT, I paid a transmission shop in NC nearly $3,Now, with that charge I received a warranty in which the shop that rebuilt my transmission paid full price to Sanders' for their labor. I paid for a transmission that was suppose to be rebuilt and be like new"the I only paid.." unnecessary! I was on my way back from Bennington Vermont on 8/(It was the year in anniversary on 8/19/2014) since my year old daughter passed in a tragic car accident, *** *** was laid to rest August 26th in Parklawn Cemetary in Bennington, VT) when my car would not shift out of low gear and I was in Albany traffic and had to get my car onto Northway to get safely out of the way of trafficMy car was towed to my parents home because honestly, I was not in any position or condition to work with the Transmission shop as to what was going on with the transmission.My car did run and I had no exhaust issues and I certainly did have air conditioning! It was towed by a company that they recommended and then was worked on my their workers.I do have all my receipts from both Transmissions shops and also the towing, and from the garage in Syracuse that repaired the exhaust and recharged the a/c. ***' is being less then professional about this and would not take responsibility and as of last year the only comment that was under my review was the one I will attach. This is the people that I am working with, in addition they were not doing me any favors, they agreed to do the work and were paid in full by the garage in NC***et *** *** ***Revdex.com:

providing with this letter you will filld on her invoices she gave usthe name ***et ***, she signed the invoice ***et ***-***; her name on her Facebookaccount is ***et ***; and now the letter she wrote to you has another new last name, ***.***'s car, Chrysler 300M, was towed into our shop on August 28,*** came in with aconcern of trans not shifting; had codes P0700, PO no and P*** told us the trans had justbeen rebuilt in North Carolina on June 12, Our tech checked ***'s car and confirmed thetrouble codesHe, also, found it had a leak out the front area of the trans*** also had a badoutput sensor and input wireAll the above mentioned was taken care ofWe noted on ***'sinvoice that her vehicle had a slight leak from the right, front exhaust manifold*** was onlycharged for the tow of$160.50, the shop in North Carolina took care of her repair bill with us.As for the air conditioning being discharged, we do not touch thatwe are not even equipped orauthorized to discharge and recharge air conditioning systemsWe strictly work on drivelineissues, nothing elseWe are not a general repair shopWe fit *** into our schedule because shewas in a bind and only up here to visit family and needed to head back to North Carolina as soonas possibleWe had *** back on the road by September 4, Five days after her car wastowed into our shop; we are not open weekends.*** has now written numerous times on our Facebook Page being very unpleasant with usI havebeen accused of deleting things she has posted, when I have notI tried to show her proofeverything was still thereShe still proceeded to tell me, that at the least, I have deleted orchanged some of her posts, none of this is true.*** said that he would reimburse *** for the exhaust work if she can provide us with anactual invoice from the repair shop that did the work, but he will not reimburse her for the airconditioning*** knows for a fact that our tech did not touch the air conditioning, nor wouldhe ever!
