DCI Beds

I bought furniture from this business and chose to have it delivered. Once the truck pulled up to deliver the driver, "Joe" got out and said it would be a extra charge to bring it upstairs, even tho it was written on the receipt for free delivery. I did not have the money to pay the extra. After I got it to my apartment, I saw damages that I did not see in the dim lit lobby. I called Joe to talk about replacement and was treated unprofessionally. He constantly over talked me and made rude comments of to way I was calling. He would not listen to anything and kept coming up with comments that had nothing to do with what I was asking about. He started yelling into the phone and sent inappropriate text to me. If this is how they do business then they need a new profession.
