Hunter Pools replaced a leaking skimmer in my poolDuring clethey dumped the extra concrete in my landscaped back yard On 08-15-Hunter Pools came to replace a leaking skimmer at my houseAs they started to clean up they dumped the extra concrete over my crushed shell landscapeI did not notice it until it was dried and very hard to removeWhen I called to tell them I was very disappointed in their services they proceeded to send me an email yelling at me for complaining about concrete in my crushed shells when there is a hurricane comingHunter pools showed very poor customer service skillsAll together they sent me emails about this issue, almost to the point of harassmentIt cost me $to get the concrete removed and new crushed shells in placeThey made no effort to fix the problem and in fact blamed me for complaining when a hurricane was on its way to FloridaThat is very unprofessional behaviorI want this complaint filed and I will proceed with any

I went here to complete the buyout lease end option on my Sonata. I sat with Roger and went over the options and decided just to use my bank. However, everything went south as soon as Mr A R[redacted] came over. He was pushy, aggressively rude, and disrespectful to my wife, who had our 5 month old daughter with her by the way. Things got even worse with the finance dept representative, Dominick. It was the epitome of low class business. However, we made it this far so I drive on and signed the papers. Not even 3 days later I receive a call that the numbers were incorrect and we had to resign. I called Dominick too find out what was going on and he said verbatim, "the numbers were wrong and OUR bank were the ones who told him." You have got to be kidding me. How would my bank know that. So he goes on that it's going to be another $800. So I say whatever. I call my bank and they say they have no idea what he's talking about. I call Hyundai finance and they tell me exactly how much the payout plus tax is. No where near what he's telling me. In the meantime, Roger its consistently calling me to complete the paperwork and even offers to bring it to my home. I accept. He shows up almost an hour late and the number is $1500 higher! What is going on!? I look at the paperwork and there's all these fees: computer expense $187.50, administrative expense $307.50, used car detailing $279, mechanical safety check $180, and they never even once looked at the car! Unbelievably ridiculous. But I sign to see how far this will go. I immediately call my bank and cease any payment request from Brad Benson. I call Hyundai finance a couple days later and find out Brad Benson sent a check from their bank and the account is closed! WHAT! This is absolutely the worse customer care I have ever experienced. I would rather go back to Iraq than ever purchase anything from you again.

I spoke with [redacted] and basically was laughed at saying if a car says certified, it doesnt mean it is.

I am rejecting this response because:they never gave me contact numbers. I had all my paperwork with me when I initially went there and they didn't want to know nothing they told me to call [redacted]s attorney. maybe I should go back there in person with all my paperwork in hand. give them my phone number and they can call me [redacted] and we can set a time for me to meet them!
