Review: I am from China where has no effective way to help my mom to stop losing her hair,and help my brother to relief from [redacted].So I surfed in the Interenet and found that United States,the greatest country in the world,may has some solutions. Then I ordered Rogaine for Women Hair Regrowth Treatment and Wonder-Salve by Durham's Bee Farm Inc from Amazon but unfortunately both of them can not be shipped straight to my country. Next I found DCS GLOBAL IMPORT & EXPORT INC,the company that said it can help me with shipping it. In the end,I did not receive these two things that I brought on February **, 2013! After I've talked to their service in China for over two month,they did not even helped me... My mom,my brother and I are just so disappointed.I really need your help.Thank you!Desired Settlement: They promised me to ship my things 3 months ago.

Review: I am a online buyer from China. I have bought a lot of merchandise from Estée Lauder, and asking DCS-GLOBAL to forward them back to me in China. But recently I don't know what happened to this forwarder. I have sent my merchandise (with total value up to $576 ) to them by 1 times, asking them to send these to me with full freight prepaid (about $44.My DCS order is [redacted]. More than 3 months have passed, I still didn't see they have sent out, and I don't know where my merchandise is. In the meantime, I have sent a lot of emails to them, but with no affirmative feedback from them by now. I have to make a claim, they refused to claim. I want my merchandise to be sent to me in full and good condition asap, but I don't know if they will send them or not. I have all reasons that this company is committing crimes of cheating and fraud on the soil of US. This kind of problems happened to a lot of similar buyers from China and USA who use their service to send to China. If you need their information, I can give more detailed info. I guess there would be hundreds or even thousands of buyers suffered the same kind of problems or crimes of cheating from this company. I am in China; I can do nothing from here. But I don’t' see you would like to have this kind of company is using US territory to commit crimes to peoples from other countries. I am looking forward to your help and support on this. Your early reply would be highly appreciated.Desired Settlement: Send the merchandise to me asap in good condition. A full refund of the freight already paid.(44$)The amount of compensation for my goods 576$. To close down this company to prevent them from further cheating.

Review: I shipped ~$1200 worth of goods (plus $616 shipping cost) to China and bought the insurance for shipping. The goods were packaged in 5 boxes. When my client received 3 boxes of goods, six bottles were damaged (2 facial cleanser, 1 toner, 2 liquid vitamin C and 1 liquid Vitamin D3). When I called DCS yesterday (7/**) they told me that they will verify the shipping condition and asked me to call back the next day (today) or on Wednesday (7/**). Meanwhile, my client has received the delivery notice of the remaining two boxes and was told that the milk powder/toddler formula's package was damaged during transit and the power were leak (despite the fact that it was iShip, LLC, the pick up service for DCS, that packed the toddler formula for me before shipment. My client wanted to refuse the acceptance of the shipment and I told her this may be unreasonable given that we bought the insurance and DCS promised that it was their responsibility to deliver the goods in good condition to the destination. I called DCS at least 10 times this morning, and each time the phone rang for about 10 seconds and it was hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Returning the phone call in a timely manner and pay the loss for damaged goods due to carelessness during transit.

Review: The DCS Global Lost my $150 items in transit provied by them.Desired Settlement: I want them to compensate for loss $150.
