We had reached out to the customer on 3/12 to amend the problems they have reported. I got in touch with Richard Porter, and set a date for us to have the Owner go out to meet with them, and go over their concerns. Richard told me that would be fine, but he would have to check with his wife to see if she would be available. I have not heard from them since. I have left numerous messages asking when someone will be able to meet in person with our Owner, and have gotten no response. Our customers matter very much to us, and we never hesitate about sending someone out to adjust or repair issues for our next available appointments. This complaint was originally made after we had done touch ups per their request, and they agreed that everything was in order, and gave us the final payment. Without ever contacting us after that repair, they sent in this claim. At this point they are not co-operating, and have not made an effort to have this repaired since responding to them on 3/12.
