Review: Ignoring phone calls- no communication

Has not obtained work permits to complete job which is suppose to be completed in 1 month (has had 3 months to do so)

Delay in opening of clinicDesired Settlement: I would like a partial refund of $60,000. If this cannot be settled, will take to court for more money.

Review: The service after the sales is horrible. Unfortunately flooring that was put in that was known to need repairs on day one were not performed. Now floor issues worsening and still not returning calls or fullfilling contractual obligation to repair. Other smaller issues that have come to need repair in first year following construction have not been repaired as well. Always seem to have an excuse as to why they cant come fix the problem.Desired Settlement: Come fix the problems that need to be fixed.
