Review: our three phase test transformer dropped a phase. D&D was called in for repair 3/**/13 and they picked up our transformer and brought it to there shop. after many calls we finally got our transformer back on 7/**/13 the unit still has only two of three phases. we called them and explained the problem and have been ignored. we paid 342.17 for repairs not made or poorly made. this type of equipment needs to opperate safley it can not have intermittent problems.Desired Settlement: money returned
