On 6/26/18 Dan D provided a bid for work to be done at a home at ***, Star, Idaho in the amount of $4080.00. He was paid in advance to do the work because the money was held out of my commission in a Real Estate Transaction for that home. A check in the amount of $4080.00 was paid to D&D Handyman LLC by Title One Title Company. It was agreed by all parties that he would refund any amount that was not used to do the repairs. On 9/18/18 Dan D sent a invoice showing that the total amount of the work that was done totaled $3589.50 and $490.50 would be refunded to me. I provided my PO Box address to Dan so he could send me a check for the refund. I have never received the balance owed to me. Numerous times Dan D said he sent it but I have never received it. He then said he would drop it by Title One as that is where is picked up the original check but that has not happened. I contacted my Broker at Keller Williams Realty Boise to help with this matter and my Broker spoke with Dan D on 11/14/18 and he told her if I apologized to him he would issue the check. I sent him a written apology via email on 11/14/18 saying I was sorry if I have offended him in any way, that was certainly not my intention ever and asked for him to please let me or my Broker know by the end of the week where and when he planned to submit payment so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible.
The amount being claimed that is do has an was tried to be submitted multiple times. I was given the wrong address and tried multiple other times to pay the amount going. Send *** I have been harassed and had to defamation of character brought upon me by this woman and her husband. I had already informed them that if this was escalated I would submit an accurate invoice showing the amount of time that was lost on my behalf additional trip fees and areas that I try to save the money that I did not have to. In all actuality based upon the amount owing I have nothing more been close to $50. I informed *** that due to the inappropriate way I was treated the harassment that I received I would still be willing to pay the amount in full with a verbal apology her Brokeridge pass this information along where they had also agreed that I was treated inappropriately try extreme level. *** did not call and apologize she sent a basic email which is not an apology and then demanded her money yet again. I’m still willing to pay for 190 with an actual verbal apology and having zero negative remarks on my Revdex.com or any other Form of writing a company or she will receive nothing more in the $49 in change coming to her along with the updated invoice. I will also go farther as far as slander and defamation of character lawsuit with my attorney who is on the ready. I will not stand for someone slandering my name and company name in anyway due to their ignorance and inability to communicate as an adult or a professional.

The response from D & D Handyman Services LLC is unacceptable. To address his response;
If he has tried to submit several times why have I not received the payment? He had the option to mail to my PO Box or personally deliver the check to the Alliance Title Company in Eagle, Id. This has been going on since mid-September.
Neither I nor my husband has harassed all we have asked is for the payment in the amount of $490.50. Once this payment is received he will never have to hear from us again.
I have never made any harassing demands in any texts, phone calls or emails (if anyone would like to read thru them) I have just asked when the money would be sent as I had not received a check.
I have no intentions of slander or defamation of character; I would just like to receive the $490.50 and there will be nothing negative from the Revdex.com or any other public written remarks.
I am not an ignorant person, I am communicating as a professional who would just like to see this resolved with the money owed paid.

I refused to be bullied by ANYONE! This response is 100% unacceptable.
I am rejecting this response because:

This has been going on since mid-September”. *** is the one who gave me the WRONG address the first time & it’s been all to crap since. I made multiple attempts & even offered to hand deliver the check to the title company or her brokerage in Eagle. Durning the waiting period to deliver the check is when her & her husband began to blow my phone up and insult me, my integrity, and my business ethics.
In response to “Neither I nor my husband has harassed all we have asked is for the payment in the amount of $490.50”. Multiple multiple messages, phone calls, and having other people call & or message me on their behalf is a form of harassment.

They’ve already scorned mine and my businesses name! These matters have been discussed with people & companies outside of the Revdex.com, ***, and myself!
At this point the amount of time, effort, lost income due to wasted time, and potential lost income due to slander sets me at a bare minimum of 5.5 hours, I bill out at $85 per hour at a bare minimum (not to mention potential lost work due to slander & bad mouthing me & my company). The $490.50 originally owed has now diminished down to a measly $23.00. If *** would like to continue this charade I’ll be forced to have my attorney pull the trigger on a slander lawsuit, go for additional lost time, wages, attorney fees, and more.
My last and final offer is an agreement from *** to cease and desist effective immediately (written, signed, dated, and notarized) then and only then will I hand deliver at a place of her choosing $23.00.
This all could of been avoided if she had kept a tactful business mind, not ran off with false truths at the mouth, provided an accurate mailing address, not wasted my time, and cost me money.
This will be my last response. If these terms aren’t accepted with in 7 days I’ll be forced to move on legal action.
Thank you Revdex.com again for being the mediator here & *** I truly hope you end this here & now so attorneys/courts need not get involved.

I am rejecting this response because:
We are not in agreement. I expect full restitution payment of $490.50 by 12/31/2018. If payment is not received by 12/31/2018 you leave me no choice but to take this to small claims court.
