I had landscape curbing installed at my home on [redacted] which requires resealing every 2 years. It took from [redacted] to [redacted] to get [redacted] to my home for the first resealing. When it came time for the 2nd resealing it took from [redacted] to 0[redacted] which wasn't so bad. But on [redacted], I started calling [redacted] about white spots and bubbles that had formed on the curbing. Apparently the curbing was wet when reseal was applied. After getting no response, on [redacted] I contacted[redacted] at their [redacted] number and they advised me that they would contact [redacted] & have him contact me. No response. [redacted] I sent an email to[redacted] & they advised me they had no control over [redacted]. I have tried continually since then with phone messages and speaking to [redacted] to get service but have not received any service yet even after he promised me several times that he would be by. I then sent [redacted] a letter on[redacted] advising him of the dates and conversations we had had over the last 8 months in an attempt to get service on my landscaping. I ended my letter with a deadline to respond to me by [redacted] or I would have no choice but to contact the Revdex.com. After no response, I sent a copy of the letter by email to [redacted] at[redacted] and advised her that [redacted] had left me no choice but to contact Revdex.com. I spoke to [redacted] on [redacted] and she advised me that she had sent a letter to [redacted] and received no reply. She will try to contact him again and will send me an email. On [redacted] left me a message on my home phone and said she was not able to get [redacted] to call her but she would try to contact his father, [redacted], as he was the one who originally started the D&D[redacted]. As of [redacted], I still have not heard from any of the [redacted] so I want to file a complaint.
