D&D Masonry, Inc.

D&D Masonry… These people are unbelievably bothersome. They call me every three to six months and usually at the most inconvenient times. I have requested that they place me on their ‘Do Not Call List’ numerous times yet they continue pestering me. I dialed the number from which they called me and they refused to answer that phone number. I then looked them up on the Internet and called another number and also got no answer. Now that’s customer service! I called a third number I got off their beautiful website and the condescending representative spoke at me like a three year old. When I treated him in the same unprofessional manner which with he treated me, he whined like his feelings were injured and hung up the telephone. After I called for a fourth time, he decided to act like a semi-professional. Yea team! Woo hoo! He then took his sweet time getting a pen… and some paper… and he had trouble writing my telephone number… and my name… and my address. It was obvious that he was being a spoiled brat about the entire situation and was trying to anger me. Sorry chum, your pathetic bully tactics did not work! He told me that the only way they had my number was if they did work on my home. I do not recall any work these people did for me but I always leave the door open for me being wrong and forgetful. Al in all, I pray that this is the final time I hear from them! When I need my chimney repaired I will go to a company whose entire workforce deals with the public in a professional manner.
PLEASE, take me off your call list! You should not have to badger citizens for business. If your workmanship speaks for itself you should have repeat customers and referrals.

These guys call every week and refuse to stop. I've never done business with them, and I am on the DNC list. They just keep calling. The fact that they ignore the law and call tells me they're probably scammers.
