This company is know for illegally removing vehicles from the *** community. A few months ago my roommates vehicle was removed as they explained for the proper residential sticker now being shown when it was. This morning my vehicle was towed and the train was expired registration when I clearly have my temporary registration form in the windshield under the expired sticker. This is not only incorrect and inconvenient, but also financially an issue. They need to be reminded of appropriate practices and encouraged to follow them.

K&D keeps towing my rental cars from my residence parking lot, at *** Apartments. I made sure that the display of my parking sticker was visible for them to see it. I am very upset with their greed to con people out of their hard working money. This isn’t the first time that this company towed one of my vehicles. They also make their own rules and come up with falsifying excuses. I hope to receive my money back for this mishap. They even stole my mother’s dealer tag off her car and then towed it. All the vehicles are registered and in good standing.

The place is 24 hours and she told me if I do not be there before 3 I will get a upcharge.

IF I COULD, I WOULD give “ZERO” stars for this business - I mean sham/scam of a business! If you’re considering contracting with these pigs - DON’T! Who would hire a company with an “F” rating unless you’re getting a kickback or something? Therein lies the scam! They are working in partnership with the rental office at my apartment complex. The rental office calls them to tow cars of people they don’t like, have issues with, etc. The parking regulations are not enforced across the board (I have proof) and the tow company comes in whenever they want and have illegally towed cars. Then you have to deal with the disrespectful, obnoxious, misogynistic, sexist, coward (supposedly named Mike) at the tow yard to get your car back. If you’re a woman, he will cross the line, cuss you out, lie, & call you out of your name. BUT, when I came back with a male, the wimp tried to lie and say I approached him cussing and screaming, which was a flat out lie. I am a 62 year old Christian woman who has no need to lie about the poor treatment I received from this company. On top of that, they charged me $175 (cash - no credit/debit cards accepted ?? red flag ??) and charged my neighbor $275. THEY ARE OUT THERE RIPPING OFF SENIOR CITIZENS AND OTHERS AS WELL!!! I am launching an investigation into this company and anyone associated with them. If you have any contracts with this company, you might want to reconsider that decision.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Friday 9/17/18 around 3am, my 2004 *** was towed from *** out of a designated "Handicap" Parking spot while visiting a relative at their home. The proper handicap decal was placed visibly in the front window. The rental office had the towing company release the vehicle free of charge but the towing company failed to provide a receipt of any kind and when the damages were pointed out to the driver, he failed to also inspect my vehicle with me. Stating that because my vehicle was released, no receipt or proof of towing was required to me. Damages include: front passenger side chrome belt ripped off and inside driver door handle, left ajar as though someone tried to get inside the car. I am seeking a proof that my car was indeed towed to their lot and the reason for it as well as any compensation for proven damages to vehicle.

I am a new tenant for less than a month ( December 17, 2017) at Midtown at *** Apartments. K & D wrongfully towed my car on Thursday, January 11, 2018, even though I paid the monthly parking fee, registered my vehicle with the complex, and parked in a residents' only garage. K & D claims the temporary 8 1/2 x 11 sheet(the complex provided while the property is currently being transitioned to new owners) was not properly displayed. I had the proper paperwork, car registered, parking fees paid, but K & D refused to refund the $225.00 cash paid because they do not accept any type of credit cards. He even told me where the nearest ATM machine was located. Darryl was reluctant in providing me with a receipt. The whole incident seemed suspicious and very unprofessional.
