This was a huge misunderstanding between us and the customerWe thought they were going to have the water tested and they thought we were going to have the water testedWe went out yesterday and are working to resolve the situationWe collected a sample and will do whatever it takes to make
things right with the customer

I have left a message for Mr [redacted] waiting to hear back. I have received the test results back from the lab I would like to go over them with the customer to figure out what direction we will head from here [redacted]D&D Water Treatment Inc

I am rejecting this response because:Until this situation is resolved please let the complaint stand s is, We would like to make sure this will be resolved in a likely manner. D & D was here took sample of water to be analized so until this system is fixed we will keep complaint in force. D & D sound like he is going to fix the problem so we'll see.
