They said since they had me log on to mil connect (TO CHECK MY OWN DOCUMENTS) and my DD214 wasn’t there that their job was done which is LAUGHABLE. Please do not spend your money on these people taking advantage of veterans at vulnerable times! Furious at how they handled this!
Finally got my DD214. Don't know if it was the government that was slow or Direct. I'm giving Direct the benefit of the doubt and blame the government.
I paid to get a copy of my military records. After waiting several months, I have never received them. I've called the company several times for a refund, and all I get is 'stalling', lies, and a 'run around'. I would never use this company again.
I filed two times in the last year and a half on my own and still no response. So of courses I was hesitant to pay for something I could receive for free. DD214 Direct was able to provide me with my copy in little over a month. Well worth the 100 bucks I would highly recommend this service.
They were pleasant,knowledgeable and very eager to assist me on phone. Thank you for getting me squared away. 👍👍👍
Nothing to share - sent $100 three months ago and only response is when I send email to them. Their response "your request has been made and everyone is busy". Be nice if they offered refund after 3 months of bull. Save your money - if this is vet owned and operated they must have been booted out of the service.
I could have easily gotten a copy of my DD 214 from the Gov’t and not spent a dime. Unfortunately, I needed a copy in a rush and saw this company promising fast results. I spoke with some one in customer service, the connection was horrible and I couldn’t understand what the person was saying (possibly a foreign call center), in any event some call centers are efficient, this one was not in the least.
Listen, do yourself a favor, DON’T USE THIS “SERVICE” (for lack of a better word), don’t waste your hard earned money.
I paid money for a copy of my DD214 and received a horrible copy. I have a member 1 copy but need a member 4 copy. The copy I received was cut of and there is no way to verify which copy it is. The is soo unprofessional and I'm upset I wasted money and a time.
Company is fraudulent, we purchased the 10 day email service in order to purchase a home for my mom who served in the Airforce, day 14th it still hadn't came in and we lost our loan approval, contacted the company for a refund, they agreed on the phone and then sent us this.

DD214dirrect website specifically states that if they they are not able to find the DD214 that I requested that the fee is refundable. If I had known that it was untrue then I would not have spent money that I cannot afford to waste. I was under the impression that they would be able to locate my DD214 and that they were in business to help veterans, that's why I chose them to help me.
