Listen, do yourself a favor, DON’T USE THIS “SERVICE” (for lack of a better word), don’t waste your hard earned money.
I paid money for a copy of my DD214 and received a horrible copy. I have a member 1 copy but need a member 4 copy. The copy I received was cut of and there is no way to verify which copy it is. The is soo unprofessional and I'm upset I wasted money and a time.
Company is fraudulent, we purchased the 10 day email service in order to purchase a home for my mom who served in the Airforce, day 14th it still hadn't came in and we lost our loan approval, contacted the company for a refund, they agreed on the phone and then sent us this.

Please be informed thatwe have a refund policy. Thereafter, refunds will be considered only if the document is not returned to the client more than seven days after the estimated return date as specified in the FAQs in our website.

DD214dirrect website specifically states that if they they are not able to find the DD214 that I requested that the fee is refundable. If I had known that it was untrue then I would not have spent money that I cannot afford to waste. I was under the impression that they would be able to locate my DD214 and that they were in business to help veterans, that's why I chose them to help me.
