At this time, I have been contacted directly by D&D's Impressive Auto Collision regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My complaint wasn't resolved I was actually harassed by the manger! He wouldn't give me a reason why the complaint wasn't resolved He just blamed me for not having my car towed back to them In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

DEAR [redacted] ***: On [redacted] had his vehicle towed to our facilityOne of our managers spoke to him and advised him of all of his rights in using us or another shop of his choiceHe decided to allow us to repair his vehicle [redacted] signed all of the paperwork and informed his insurance company that he was going forward with us to repair his vehicle [redacted] came back to our location days later wanting to release his vehiclewe explained he can pay for it now with a credit card or cashHe responded by saying his insurance company will pay for the chargesIt's our company policy that the 3rd party payer is required to pay cash because if the check is rejected or if they stop payment on the credit card then there is no recourse for us in court to go after the stopped check or credit card due to the fact that they are not the registered owner of the vehicleThat's why the owner was recommended to pay so this problem would be avoidedThe car was released on Feb [redacted] and we believe there was no wrong doing and believe that the complaint should be dismissedWe are able to attach all of the signed documents upon request, showing that he agreed to the proper proceduresThank you D&D's Impressive Auto Collision

In reference to complaint ID ***, once D&D, received notice of complaint the matter was rectified immediately Explained the oversight (miscommunication with staffing), apologized profusely and had my car back in the shop the
same day with pick up & drop off service D&D went above and beyond, not only fixed the problem as originally promised but detailed the entire car to showroom quality! While filing this report did help me get the attention I needed to resolve the problem, D&D deserves high marks for their first rate detailed work & their customer satisfaction driven attitude I plan to use their services again

The Worst!!!!!!!!!!! A ThiefDo not even talk to these peopleVery unprofessional

This shop does amazing work, they treated my old daily driver Dodge Neon like a brand new MercedesThe bodywork and paint finish was exceptional

The determination that my car will be released in a timely fashion was not as seamless as the business is statingI was told the vehicle would not be released unless I sign a release form, which was discuss on day two of my car being in the shopOn day three,
I went to the location to sign release papers, but there were no such papers for me to signThe repair shop THEN disclosed that they won't release the vehicle until they know how much they were recieving in payment from my insurance company for holding my vehicleUltimately, the car was held for days at the repair shop due to their inability to work in a timely fashion with myself and my insurer to release the vehicle.
