I DO NOT RECOMMEND - DDB SERVICES (Electrician)
I have a home warranty - DDB Services was contacted 09/16/2019 to fix a stove burner. He came on 09/18, we paid the $60 service fee and he told us he would see if the part was covered and come back to install. One 10/02 I HAD TO CALL HIM FOR STATUS, apparently the part was on backorder. On 11/15, I had a separate electrical issue and the home warranty company assigned DDB Services to it. On 11/18, he called me to schedule repair and I asked for update on backorder part. Scheduled me for 11/20 and part still on backorder. He called back to reschedule 11/20 to 11/22 because it was more convenient for him and hopefully that would provide additional time for the backorder part to come in - taking care of both issues. 11/22 came and went, NO SHOW. Again, I HAD TO CALL HIM FOR UPDATE, which I did on 12/13. He said he called me on 11/22 but I didn't answer and he didn't leave a message. (I don't answer numbers I am not familiar with, and typically service calls will leave a message). And he asked me, "Why did you wait so long to call me?" I didn't think I should have to cal him, as a service provider, that is HIS JOB. So he asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I explained I would like him to just follow through with the backorder part and I would find someone else to do the electric issue. He said, "Find someone else to do both". I said that I've waited 3 months for a backorder part, so why would I have another vendor order the same part, just to wait another 3 months. He went on to say that my part had come in, but since I didn't answer my phone on 11/22, he sent it back to the manufacturer. I believe he is lying and my experience is evidence that he is not customer minded. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

compant was sent here by appliace insurance compant upon arrival they collected their fee and then open the door without further inspection -turning on machine or- bending over to look in it he told me it was broken and I need a new machine I then called [redacted] repair who sent out a repair man that took look afterturning it on and found the simple coupling between drain lines was clogged and it took him min to fix, DDB services and choice home warranrt are both scams designed to take your maney and provide No servece

Technician came in, didn't look at the ceiling fan that had an issue with a remote, just says it needs replacement fan So I bought the replacement and for weeks gave me the run-around of saying they'll call back to setup an appointment for the installation and never did, multiple times Summer came and gone with my ceiling fans broken and still not running
