Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***
We returned home from our vacation on August 14thWe brought all of the linens home with us and proceeded to wash and inventory them ourselvesThe linens were not labeled with sizes nor were they stored in any ordered fashion in our condo, which is why it took so long for us to sort out the inventory.( Our new management provides our unit with linens so they would not have been involved or required to inventory the items.) Furthermore we were the only guests in our condo directly after DDB , Management completed their management of our unit, so no other guests were using those linensAfter we received our final invoice from DDB On August 22, we texted our contact ,***, with DDB, Management about the door lock receipt, not being included with the invoice and associated chargesShe texted back that she would send us the missing items in one weekThis was never sent to us , until after our complaint was filed with the Revdex.com .Furthermore, on July we emailed *** regarding our concerns about the transition and items in the condoShe answered us by textOn July 31, we emailed her again regarding her text responses and other issues but never received an answer or reply from herSee below for a copy of that email ***,I sent you an email on July 25, with some questions, and you responded by text, I have provided below your responses, however I still have some concerns with regards some of my questions. 1.) When is the unit going to be un occupied. You responded by text on July 26, indicating the unit is occupied until July 31, 2017. 2.) How will we handle the main entrance door lock for us to get in and transitioning from your lock to ours. You responded by text on July 26, indicating the unit has a new Lock "Slage Commercial Grade Programmable door code Lock"No codes will be set, and the box, receipt and instruction booklet will be left in the unit. The master pass keys for the new lock will be waiting at the reception desk. Are you expecting me to pay for this? 3.) Are you currently utilizing any interior closets as lock outs. If so how do we handle this as well. You responded by text on July 26, indicating that on August 1st you will remove all you personal belongings from the owners closet, and "cleaner things" from one of the other closets the other closet, and the keys will be left in the locks for our use. 4.) Please list specifically each item you plan on taking from our unit. If you already removed items please indicate what you have removed to date. You responded indicating that you will remove all soft furnishings/accessories that were used to stage the condo, No furniture, light fittings, curtains or stranded pictures that came with the condo will be removed. All the crockery, dishes, silverware, appliances, etcall stay. The cleaners closet will contain all spare sheets, towels and products that we purchased. I am not interested with standard pictures that came with the condo when you purchased it, I am entitled to what came with the condo when it was purchased from you, with the exception as stipulated in the selling contract(I have attached a copy of the Addendum/Amendment). Being you apparently will not be furnishing me a list of contents you will be removing, I expect you to only remove the decorative items as stipulated in the Addendum/Amendment to our purchase contract. What I considered decorative items are as follows:1.) Artificial floral arrangements2.) Decretive bowels, and or cups.3.) Figurine's, vases, candle stick holders. I have attached some photo's with arrows indicating what is expected to be removed. I do not expect you to take any other furnishings, such as wall art or pictures, clocks, lamps, chairs, rugs, electronics, and all other remaining items as shown in the photo's you provided when the unit was for sale and sold to us. Again I provided some of the photos in this email for clarity only. It is my understanding that you will be removing your personal belonging's from the owners closet, performing the exit cleaning, and removing the Items I mentioned above on August 1, leaving the unit in what you call "look perfect and immaculately presented" for our use on August 2. If you will be taking any other Items beyond what I have listed please indicate or complete a list as I have requested ASAP. I will be having a representative of ours stop on August to inspect the unit. If you have any question feel free to contact me. Thanks *** *** Regards,

in response to your question, we have already issued a reply direct to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] and [redacted]. I enclose a copy here. In summary, our housekeeping inventory was correct and complete at our exit on August 1. The [redacted]'s new management company should have completed an inventory...

directly upon takeover and contacted us promptly upon finding any "discrepancies" enabling us to send our housekeeping manager directly over to review and come to a prompt resolution. This was not done. At no point prior to both the [redacted]'s family vacation (August 2-12) and guest rentals. (August 12 September 8) were we informed of these "discrepancies" and after 6 weeks of owner and guest occupation, countless management, housekeeping and laundry changeovers, the objective authentication of these claims is now impossible. We will not be held responsible for claims made more than 6 weeks after the fact when there was ample opportunity for the [redacted]'s or their new PMIC to notify us in a timely manner. As for the removal of items from the condo , nothing was removed from the condo that was not agreed to in the purchase/sales agreement signed by Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. The receipts for the door lock and installation have been mailed to Mr.and Mrs. [redacted]. Sincerely [redacted]
