I was extremely pleased with the cost of my purchase and the strait forward, informative, honest presentation on the web site No discount codes, no special sales, just a very fair price, less that the other web sites that offered such "deals" It was also easy to choose a higher cycle rated spring from a table that clearly showed what you were getting I ordered early on Friday morning and received my shipment on Saturday (Chicago to StLouis)

I place my order on 02/3/at pmminutes later I got a call from DDM technician with tons of question about the door and how I measure the torsion springsAfter he was sure that my measuring is correct and he will send me the right parts he simply wish me a great daypm I got my trucking # and I was shocked that pm [redacted] picked up the order.I got my order February,Everything was correctAfter I was rip up by the local Washington company 225$ for a single spring DDM garage doors bring back the hope there is still companies doing amazing business .Thank you guys.All my friends already know about you and I will recommend you to anybody who need help.Have a great day and lot's of business!
