The customer can reject all she wants but we did the job before we knew of the complaint and the panel was taken off before the home was sold and before we were asked to look at the dishwasher for that reason I tried to help I guess I should have turned it back to old republic and let them deal with this from the other contractor My technicians opened and closed the door several times before they left it seemed to work fine The customer was info rm ed that it was not the one that went on the unit and was ok with it at that time And yes new ones could have been ordered but know one wanted to pay for them so t hat's why we obtained used ones to try and fix the problem.The realator was ok with all we did
