Mr. Pat P., owner of [redacted] [redacted] said he will call customer today. Mr. P can be reached on ###-###-####. If owner of lot will not compensate customer, there is nothing else we, OneStopParking, can do as we do not own the parking locations. We are the 3rd party booking agent. I already refunded all that was paid directly to us. Our website clearly states under Terms and Conditions that we are not liable for any damage while parked at any lots we partner with. [redacted] Mr. P. called me 3 times with no resolution to my complaint. Regarding your terms and conditions, you took responsibility and procession of my vehicle when you took my keys therefore you are responsible.  I paid for a service to park my car and to keep it safe. My car was parked in a safe place where I PARKED IT. You moved it, you damaged it. I booked through OneStopParKing. Your a third party booking agent in which I am sure you want to keep your good name. Mr. P. represents your company and all you tell me is that "if the owner will not compensate customer,there is nothing else we, OneStopParKing can do.".Also, who is [redacted].
