DDR never stated this information about other chargesThey are lying and making this up now so they don't have to pay me what is owedAll that I owed was rent and we overpaidFor as long as we have complainedto them for a refund, they kept ignoring itNever once in the few email responses or on my bills did they say there were these feesNow there were fees? For almost yrs they were sending me someone elses bills and I can't tell you whatI went through to make that stopThey are unreputable and stealing from their customersThis is not right! It's shameful

[redacted] ("[redacted]") has been forwarded to my attention for a response. As has been explained to [redacted] on numerous occasions, [redacted]'s allegations have no merit. .I. Position Statement.[redacted] denies the allegations that have been made by [redacted]. The evidence will show that [redacted] did not overpay [redacted] and that no monies are owed between the parties.ll. The Facts.A. The Temporary License Agreement. [redacted] is a commercial landlord that owns a shopping center, [redacted], located at [redacted]. On August 4, 2009, [redacted] entered into a Temporary License Agreement (the "License") with [redacted] ("[redacted]"). (A copy of the Temporary License Agreement is attached as Exhibit A.) The nature of a temporary license agreement is that it is short in nature and a licensee (i.e. [redacted]) often pays minimal rents. In this case, [redacted] just wanted to be able to use part of the parking lot to allow cars to park for its daily bus tours.B. The Initial $300 Payment. The License agreement is clear that the initial payment toward the License was $300.00. The License is also clear that there was a $100.00 admini[redacted]ve fee. (See Section G.) [redacted] paid this amount. C. The $13.01 Check. [redacted] claims that a check that was recently sent to [redacted] is an acknowledgement that [redacted] owes [redacted] an additional $86.99. [redacted]'s claim is wrong. [redacted] omits that the refund check related to a different property in [redacted] had entered into a second license agreement.III.
