I strongly disagree that I am liable for anything on Ms *** carThe metal on her car door was damaged and stretched when she brought it in to us, there were scuffs in the paint when we initially inspected the vehicle which is why we did not see the cracked paint at that timeafter we buffed the door the cracks in the paint we noticedthe metal is stretched to far to put back in placejust as it was dented inward from the initial damage it now is an outward dent (not flat)it is still stretched the same as it was before we touched itthere is no reason why she cannot get it conventionally repaired now just the same as beforethis seems to be largely wasting time and resources from us attempting to help and save ms *** time and money to now what seems to be a person looking for a way out and someone to foot the bill for heri will be in contact with ms *** and Revdex.com tomorrow but I will stand firm on my decision

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Mr*** stated that after minutes of attempting to repair my vehicle *** *** concluded that my vehicle was not a good candidate for the paint less dent repair which was contrary to his own estimate, however he failed to convey that information to me at that time instead he sought the help of his brother *** *** to fix the mistake that he made during his minute attempt.Mr*** admitted and confirmed that they continued to attempt the repair but were unsuccessful. To say that I left his place of business with the same damage that I came in with is very misleading to say the leastI came in with an apparent indentation and scuff marks, but I left out with an obvious protrusion(dent not repaired) and cracked paint whichis added damage since my vehicle was neither repaired nor in the same condition that I brought it in withI have no desire to continue with this barrage of emails ,however I will welcome a phone call from Mr*** to discuss a resolution for this matter. If Mr*** is not in agreement with this plan of action I would like to move forward with my claim

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Mr.[redacted] clearly stated without even seeing my vehicle that he has no intention of assuming any responsibility for the added damage that was done to my vehicle at his place of business ,therefore the issue has not been resolved. The fact that they could not repair my vehicle as previously stated is not my concern as Mr.[redacted] eluded to in his response. The issue is that while attempting to repair it more damage was done than what was initially there, and for that reason I would like to continue my claim.
Regards,
[redacted]

Ms [redacted] is mistaken about claiming there is added damage to her car. The dent is her vehicle stretched the metal to much from its original shape to be put back in place by means of paintless dent repair. It is the same damage she had before she ever came to my shop. Therefore it is not added damage and that is what I explained to ms [redacted] when u said I will not be paying for her car to be painted.

I am responding to the complaint made against my business. [redacted] came into the office for an estimate. I was not present personally when on this day but I have spoke with multiple men that were present about this matter. After inspecting the vehicle [redacted] informed Ms. [redacted]...

that his opinion was that her vehicle could be repaired and they agreed on a price for the repair. When Ms. [redacted] returned for her scheduled repair appointment [redacted] began working on the vehicle. After only working on the vehicle for 20 min [redacted] concluded that the damage on her car was not going to be good candidate for Paintless dent repair because the dent in her door had stretched the metal to far to put it back to its original shape. He also buffed the scuffs and scratches off the door to reveal that the paint was actually damaged(cracked) as well. Our shop is a completely paintless operation which means we do nothing at all for paint damage. Repair of this damage becomes substantially more difficult with the paint cracked. [redacted] then asked a second opinion from [redacted] which has 20 years experience in this business. [redacted] then assisted in the repair using his expertise trying to help Ms. [redacted]'s car get repaired. After another hour of attempting to repair and keep Ms. [redacted] from having to get her car repainted with a much more costly repair he determined that it just wasn't going to be possible. The damage was just to extensive by our means to repair this vehicle. At that time, [redacted] explained to Ms [redacted] the situation and that our services will not be able to help her and instructs her that for her vehicle to be repaired she would need to go to a full body shop where they conventionally repair the door and repaint the car. Ms. [redacted] became very unhappy with that result and claimed that since my shop had attempted to repair but could not that we should then pay to have her car repainted. She then became very aggravated stating that now she could not claim it on her insurance which is false. We tried to explain to her that yes, she could still file it on her insurance because she still has the same damage that she originally came in with. She was very adamant in claiming that she just expected my shop to pay to have her car repainted.  Ms. [redacted] came in with a damaged vehicle requesting our services, only after multiple man hours of labor attempting it was concluded that we could not make the repair. We informed her that there would be no charge from my shop for attempting the repair. I do not feel that my shop is responsible to repaint her car. We attempted to repair and help her put her back to good condition but ultimately she left with damage to the car just as she came in with so basically she was back to square one with a damaged door, out of pocket zero money, with the advice from my shop that she needed to go to a body shop for the repairs.
