DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions

If this office is anything like their HARRISON AR office ð???ð???ð???ð???ð???, I highly suggest to take your business elsewhere, they do not listen to their patients, or shall I say customers, actually more like numbers concerns at all. I've been fighting with them for months now about issues with my dentures and DR. *** , *** and *** have not taken any of my concerns seriously, there's been talk but no action. My whole first time denture experience with DDS DENTURES+IMPLANT SOLUTIONS has been a complete ongoing nightmare, a thousand times more painful than when Dr. *** extracted all 24 of my teeth at once since he said that's what he suggests doing since I had severe periodontitis . He also said he'd take care of me in which has proven completely untrue tsk tsk by his actions and lack of care to look into or address my concerns through out the entire process and snarky reply to a concern only proven right later about my lower denture moving around. Another Dentist had to come and fix one of DR. *** mistakes because he wasn't around, imagine that. I've mentioned my immediate dentures numerous times were crooked and misalined since my post op causing my jaw to shift around and now I have TMJ and no one took me seriously even after they realized I was right the whole time. One of the assistants, Amanda even said to Stephanie after she yanked my lowers out feeling like she ripped my Implants loose while she turned to walk away and make adjustments that she was going to grind on this cusp but I think it's just him. When I tell that to both the clinic and branch manager they seem to think it's not a big deal. I seriously feel like I'm the butt of some kind of joke there since I've voiced my concerns with the all assistants I've seen there Dr. ***, *** and *** for the past 11 Months and still nothing has changed only proving that they don't care about my concerns as I've mentioned in the first place. They just shove their poor fitting dentures in your mouth and expect you to just love with them. I plan on taking this as high up and writing as many compliments and bad reviews as I can so others can avoid the ageny I've endoured dealing with this ..... SO PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE, DON'T CHOOSE DDS DENTURES+IMPLANT SOLUTIONS ESPECIALLY IF YOUR NEW TO DENTURES, GO SOMEWHERE THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE AN ACTUAL PATIENT, NOT JUST A NUMBER OR CUSTOMER. PS, I ASSURE YOU I'M NO JOKE, the longer I wait the more you prove my concerns don't matter even more, go ahead and keep proving me right. If I have to ask for a refund , I'm going to demand as much as possible because no one did their jobs taking me seriously and addressing my concerns and Dr. *** doing as little as possible, I feel they truly didn't earn their wages, not to mention all the stress, frustration, gas and time wasted and another Dentist having to fix some of Dr. *** work. Then perhaps they will learn to actually listen and take their patients concerns more seriously so that they can address any issues way sooner than never like they have me! Let's get this done already I'm sick and tired of falling on deaf ears CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW, OR DO I HAVE TO SHOW UP WALK IN AND CAUSE A HUGE SEEN IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND GIVE YOU MY DENTURES INSISTING ON A FULL REFUND. I'M ALSO THINKING OF POSTING A SERIES ON YOUTUBE SHARING MY NIGHTMARE WITH Y'ALL , NOW I'M THINKING OF PROTESTING IN FRONT OF THE CLINIC ! WHAT'S IT GONNA TAKE FOR YOU TO TAKE MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY AND MAKE SOME DENTURES THAT ACTUALLY FIT CORRECTLY, TRUST ME, IGNORING ME ISN'T GOING TO MAKE ME GO AWAY AND I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU DRAG THIS OUT LONG ENOUGH SO THAT I'M STUCK WITH YOUR TERRIBLE DENTURES AS IT SEEMS YOU'RE DOING! I'M TELLING YOU , AVOID THIS PLACE, RUN BEFORE YOU HAVE TO ACT LIKE THIS HOPING THEY ACTUALLY CHOOSE TO CARE ENOUGH TO LISTEN AFTER 11 MONTHS OF COMPLETE AGGRAVATION AND NON-COMPLIANCE!!!!!!
