At first everything went good until the end of the 5 month project. They were paid without hesitation but there are some things that were incorrect and incomplete. They DDT Home Transformation was supposed to reinstall my crown molding in my hallway and foyer, the threshold strip is too small and the newly installed carpet pulled away from it and the carpet is shedding, the newly installed ceiling has a crack and a brown spot on it. I mentioned that to the foreman of the project by phone and by text and I haven't heard from anyone from DDT Home Transformation in months. I guess they got the bulk of their money from me through my insurance company, they didn't feel that my completed project was no longer a priority to them. I'm very, very disappointed in DDT Home Transformation. I really thought they were better than that. I will not use them for other work that I need to have done on my home and I will not recommend them to anyone. I.E. If you went to an ATM machine to get $20.00 and the ATM only issued you out $17.00, wouldn't you be upset?

My husband and I purchased a home that had been rehabilitated by DDTThey failed to connect our plumbing to the city sewer, did not reinforce the main support beams, and many other problemsThey refused to honor their warrantyThe repair estimate is $300,000!
I was very fortunate to have found a trust worthy contractorRick and his team did an amazing job with my kitchen transformationThe whole redesign process and working with the way my kitchen was originally laid out was amazingThey created a new space for me and better "flow" of my kitchen than it was beforeAlways punctual and most importantly kept the communication throughout the whole processI knew from the first day to the last day what the progress was and what has happening nextI will definitely be using them again for other projects around my home and recommending them to anyone I know

I have never been so pleased as I was when we recently used DDT Home Transformations to build our deck. From day one, their attention to detail was outstanding. Once we decided we wanted a deck, we called them and Rick [redacted] came over immediately to discuss what we wanted, offer very helpful suggestions and promised a prompt quote. By the next day we had a quote and the day after, work started. Rick set EVERYTHING up including calls to the City to confirm code on an item we were concerned about. We didn't have to do anything except discuss plans and watch the transformation begin from ugly to beautiful. Within a week our deck was completed. Throughout the process Rick and DDT's crew were honest, on time, professional and listened to our needs. His construction guy, Billy, even came out on a Sunday to finish the job! I'm not a deck builder but people who are have come over and complimented us on the workmanship and high quality of materials that were used. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them to come back and do any other work on our house including basement refinishing, bathroom or kitchen upgrades....they do it all and they do it beautifully!
