Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attentionWe take each concern very seriously and do our host to rectify these situations as quickly as possibleBelow Is our explanation of the events that took place regarding the purchase of one (1) GMC Envoy - Grey (VIN: [redacted] ) to [redacted] .Ms [redacted] visited D.CMotorwerks at WWashington Street, Indianapolis IN on 11/21/in search of a new vehicleAfter browsing the inventory, she settled on the aforementioned vehicle (see attached Bill of Sale)She was advised that we should have the title within days and will contact her once it arrivesWithin this time frame, Ms [redacted] had contact D.GMotorwerks asking for the titleUnfortunately, the original seller of the vehicle had not received the tide yet on a traded vehicle and could not present it to D.CMotorwerksMs [redacted] was advised she could at that time return the vehicle for a refbnd, exchange the vehicle for a different one or continue to wait for the titleMs [redacted] opted to wait for the dueIn December, Ms [redacted] contacted D.UMotorwerks again inquiring about the titleAgain, no progress had been made with the original seller and she was asked to return the vehicle at that time for a refundMs [redacted] asked if she could keep the vehicle and continue to wait for the titleMs [redacted] was provided additional temporary tags as she could not register the vehicle yet.Shortly afterwards Ms [redacted] needed repairs to the vehicleShe had contacted D.GMotorwerks to get the repairs doneShe was advised that the vehicle was purchased (see attached Buyer's Guide) but could return the vehicle for a refUndAgain, she refused and wanted to keep the vehicleAt some point, Ms [redacted] had repairs done to the vehicleThese repairs were done on her own accord.Finally, in March Ms [redacted] and an acquaintance (person Identified themselves as her boyfriend) contacted D.OMotorwerks demanding a refund of the purchase price, repairs, and insuranceMs [redacted] was advised that she waszoo lYd oz:Oz LTO/t/Cooffered several times a ref ind prior to any repairs being doneAnd any insurance paid is in accordance to state law during the time which she was driving the vehicle.On 3/2012017, Ms [redacted] decided to return the vehicle for a rellindShe agreed that a full refund of the puzvhase price in the amount of $2,was satisfactory (see attached signed letter and check).If you have further questions regarding this complaint please feel free to contact us Thank you!
