[redacted].Ms. [redacted] visited D.C. Motorwerks at 3601 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis IN 462.41 on 11/21/2016 in search of a new vehicle. After browsing the inventory, she settled on the aforementioned vehicle (see attached Bill of Sale). She was advised that we should have the title within 21 days and will contact her once it arrives. Within this time frame, Ms. [redacted] had contact D.G. Motorwerks asking for the title. Unfortunately, the original seller of the vehicle had not received the tide yet on a traded vehicle and could not present it to D.C. Motorwerks. Ms. [redacted] was advised she could at that time return the vehicle for a refbnd, exchange the vehicle for a different one or continue to wait for the title. Ms. [redacted] opted to wait for the due. In December, Ms. [redacted] contacted D.U. Motorwerks again inquiring about the title. Again, no progress had been made with the original seller and she was asked to return the vehicle at that time for a refund. Ms. [redacted] asked if she could keep the vehicle and continue to wait for the title. Ms. [redacted] was provided additional temporary tags as she could not register the vehicle yet.Shortly afterwards Ms. [redacted] needed repairs to the vehicle. She had contacted D.G. Motorwerks to get the repairs done. She was advised that the vehicle was purchased AS-IS (see attached Buyer's Guide) but could return the vehicle for a refUnd. Again, she refused and wanted to keep the vehicle. At some point, Ms. [redacted] had repairs done to the vehicle. These repairs were done on her own accord.Finally, in March 2017 Ms. [redacted] and an acquaintance (person Identified themselves as her boyfriend) contacted D.O. Motorwerks demanding a refund of the purchase price, repairs, and insurance. Ms. [redacted] was advised that she waszoo lYd oz:Oz LTO/t/Cooffered several times a ref ind prior to any repairs being done. And any insurance paid is in accordance to state law during the time which she was driving the vehicle.On 3/2012017, Ms. [redacted] decided to return the vehicle for a rellind.
