I took my Ford Ranger to Randall Body & custom to get the freeze plug replacedI called back a few days later and they said they were just finishing up and they were doing a pressure test They called back that day and said that the pressure test failed and there was damage, the heads were bad and the radiator needed replacedWe had a warrantee on it so he was going to get approval to fix it and told us it would be a couple of weeks to get the heads backWeeks later we called them after not hearing anything and they said the heads weren't back yet, we knew there had been a problem with the person who was doing them so we weren't to concerned at this point we just thought it would take a couple of more weeksA few weeks later still no heads! By this time they had our vehicle for months (warrantee said you have to leave it at the repair shop until work is done) So we ( not them, I think this would be their job) called the two places where they said they would have sent them ( hint : they should have known for sure where) and no one could find themCalled Randall back and they didn't know anything, later that day they called us back and Todd said, "I don't know how to tell you this but the heads were never even taken off" Ok so for months this truck sat out in his yard and he didn't even know the heads weren't taken off? This is the most unprofessional place I've ever done business with! To make a long story short, I never got an estimate saying what the warrantee would cover , what I'd be responsible for ( but how could they give one when they didn't even look at the truck again),they had my truck for months and I had to buy another one during this time so I had a vehicle and when I did get it back it had water inside ,the blinkers, lights and radio didn't workI suggest if you ever want to see your vehicle again you avoid this place I will tell you, the first couple of times it worked out fine but after that it was like they didn't care
