I am responding to to her response I did go out and meet with her all she does is scream and curse in does not let me get a word in at all I'm trying to get the driveway repaired she's now following stocking my Facebook ad to doing everything harassing me and my company and quite frankly I am done with *** and her harassment and yelling in disrespect of me and my company I have explained to her several times on several different occasions that I would take care of the small loss but she has in the driveway it's not covered under the warranty at all it's a small little area that holds water by the end of her driveway where it meets up with the concrete I've explained to her on several occasions that I would take care of it for her when I have equipment in the area to fix the problem that she has with her driveway Apparently that is not good enough for her she want it done immediately and I have explained her that it does not work that way that I cannot drop everything I'm doing and run out where she is in repair a x area that is low on her driveway now she has cursed me out on multiple occasions she has followed my Facebook ads she's done all kinds of things to stock me and harass and slander me and my company quite frankly her actions are on called for I've responded to every time she's called I've text back I've emailed back I've tried every way in the world to work with her and all she does is yell scream curse the man that's no way to treat people and I just regret doing the job for her in the first place she called me several days after I gave her A quote and beat me up on the price of the job and has done nothing but complain over a small low spot in her driveway that she demands I fixed immediately she's been on here saying that I can fix it by the end of July and she's fine and blah blah blah every time I try to talk to her or set up anything with her all she does is scream curse yell she's just unsatisfiable quite frankly unsatisfiable customer is what she is

To whom this may concern,I spoke with [redacted] on June 16 at his house he had some questions regarding the chip and seal that we applied to his driveway  after speaking with him he understood why we left access rock to cover the oil he was satisfied with our meeting and is supposed to write a response to  The Revdex.com explaining he is satisfied and have no issue with my company or the job I provide for him thank you  John C[redacted] ###-###-####[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: There was never any cussing.  Yelling yes.  When someone talks a large amount of money from me and than gives me the run around to fix it, over and over again, frustration sets in.  I believe anyone that reads the emails and text messages will see there were many "no responses" and NEVER a date mentioned.  He continually says that I demand it is fixed immediately.  Maybe I need to remind him I filed a complaint in June 2017, work was done in Sept 2016.  Now all he is doing is down playing what is not correct with his work in my driveway, that it isn't that big of a problem to have the low spot.  Please look again at the picture of the small pond that forms in the middle of my driveway every time it rains.  Quite frankly I do not understand why this business man is taking more time to respond than to just fix the problem he created.  In the end that is all that needs to be done.  Why is he wasting time and coming up with excuse after excuse on why he doesn't fix it?  I even stated I do not need to be there. In regards to what he is calling Facebook stalking....when a post pops up in my feed regarding a business that I have had personal experience with, whether good or bad, I'm pretty sure that is the purpose of advertising on Facebook.  That is why there is a comment section.  Because of all of this is exactly why I said I wouldn't recommend this business for any residential customer.  This is just an angry man who does not want to fix this problem.  As I stated in my previous letter please inform him that all he needs to do is fix the driveway by July 31 at his convenience.

crew out there every time she calls all she wants to do is scream and yell and holler at me about a small low spot in her driveway I've told her multiple times that I will fix the driveway for her as soon as I can I've tried calling her And emailing her multiple times to work together to get this matter resolved she called me a liar she hangs up on me she screams and yells now she's asking for full refund for a small low spot at her driveway that's  not going to happen if she wants we can set up a time and date I can come out and inspect the driveway as I've ask her to multiple times and we can go from there on when I can get a crew available to do the necessary repairs that fall under her one-year warranty she has my cell phone number and my email she can contact me on my cell at  ###-###-#### for email me at [redacted]  we need to get together and set up a date that is convenient for both of us to inspect the driveway so we can take care of any repairs that fall under her one year warranty.  We have absolutely no problem taking care of any warranty issues she has with the driveway as long as they are covered under her one year warranty the driveway will be fixed in a timely manner as I have explained to her time and time again. I am rejecting this response because:I am not going to bother responding to his claims that all I need to do is contact him and we will set a date that works for both of us.  I have attached all copies of our emails and texts messages and you will see that is exactly what I have been asking for the last 7 months and he never gives me an answer or just blows me off.  The day he was notified of this claim he showed up to my house to look at the driveway.  So that has been completed.  He can now come out a repair the driveway.  I do not need to be there.  I would like it repaired before the end of July.

I am responding to her rejection, As I told her multiple times as soon as I had a equipment in the area to resolve the problem that she had with her driveway I would get it addressed.  Today we had equipment not far from her place so we went to her place and done the repair to the low spot on her driveway.  We hope she is satisfied with the repairs and we look forward to putting this problem behind both of us.

In reply to my issue with Action Asphalt.    They did come out and repair some of the weeks damage.     there was a tie in area that they said they wold fix last year when the job was done.  That spot is still as it was.   I mentioned it to them again and said I would let them know when or if it fails, it they would repair it some time in the future,  then I was fine with what they did for now.   I expect they will be doing more paving for us in the future with their willingness to come out and repair issues.thank you
