Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I took the phone in to the same store paid again to have the screen replaced and have no problem with the second replacement they admitted the frame was not bent but still charged me again I would like a refund for the first replacement Regards, [redacted] ***

If the screen broke due to bent frame, which we can show the customer, we cannot warranty it Bent frames are quite visible and we have shown the customer that as well.Please let me know if you have further questions.Thanks

I have reviewed this customers repair and her phone originally came in for a water damage treatmentUpon signing the invoice each customer is aware that any repair that is completed on a liquid damaged phone will not have warranty This policy is also stated on each invoice that is printed,
that we do not warranty any present or future liquid damage. Thank you, Dr Phonez

I am rejecting this response because:I carefully examined the phone before taking it into the store. The manager at the store was not interested in looking at the nature of the crack,  which had no evidence of an impact. In my opinion, if glass cracks under normal pressure, then the glass or the installatiIn method is faulty. To resolve this claim, I am willing to split the difference and accept a refund for half the amount of the repair.
