My name is [redacted] and I'm the area supervisor for Declerck Enterprises. I talked to [redacted] in the beginning of June to discuss his complaint with the Taco Bell in Susanville Ca.[redacted] had stated that is was charged for a mobile order for over $60. We never received a mobile order...

for that amount. We had received orders previous in he day and all transactions were normal. He could not show a confirmation number, and got hostile when would not give him his food and a full refund. I then explained that I cannot refund a transaction that does not show in my system and he should call his bank and dispute the charge. He then told me that he only wanted the money and food from Taco Bell and was not going to go to his bank- but would instead stand outside our Taco Bell with picket signs.I really wanted to resolve this but with no receipt, confirmation number or any proof- I could not justify giving someone a cash refund or food that was not paid for.Please call me with any questions[redacted]District ManagerDeclerck Enterprises[redacted]

in response to Ms. [redacted] response, she is lying . I was belligerent when we talked, but I did have the confirmation number and all I wanted was my money back which was $49.00 not my money and the food. She stated I had to adress the issue with my bank. As Taco Bells home office told me they lied about about their computer program in that as they are a franchise they have the access to track order numbers, which I had at the drive thru window. I did get my money returned about a week later. [redacted]
