Review: in March 2014 I cremated the remains of my K9 partner (for 10 yrs) and was instructed by Mr Decosta that he could provide me with a shadow box (made of glass. I attempted to contact Mr Decosta and left SEVERAL messages with no return call in April. In May, after, still receiving no info from Mr Decosta, I went to the above listed location and found a note posted in the subjects window stating that he will be closed until sept for renovations. Mr Decosta still has my K9 partners cremated remains, my picture and his collar and has refused to return and communications from me.Desired Settlement: I simply want my K9 remains and all other belongs associated wit that returned to me ASAP
