This company lost in court and was issued to pay $600+ for unpaid deposit money returned and never paid it. They stated they were out of business in court and shut down the LLC, but online is showing active with Arizona Corporate Commission.

S[redacted] & Alexander De F[redacted] represent themselves with the most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with along with lack of attentiveness to extreme issues with the home such as the AC unit not being attended to within a timely manner and many other issues over the 10 day grace period allowed by the landlord and tenant act.
