Review: I went to De Janeiro, a retail store located at [redacted], on Thursday May [redacted] and attempted to make a purchase. The cashier swiped my TDBank debit card through the cash register twice in the amount of $38.97 and then said neither of the transactions went through due to a "timed out" session. She also informed me that my card would not be charged. I left the store without making my purchase. The next day I checked my account online and both transactions were listed as pending. I contacted my bank and informed them of the fraudulent transactions and they explained they would eventually fall off my account since it was an error on the part of the store. TDBank informed me I would have to wait until Tuesday June [redacted] to see the pending transactions as vacated. I then went to the store and [redacted] looked up the transactions and said they were not listed therefore they had never gone through. Today Tuesday June [redacted] I checked my TDBank account and both transactions had been debited from my checking account. Each for $38.97. I once again contacted TDBank and they have launched an investigation into the matter. I am contacting the Revdex.com in order that you do the same. This store is outright stealing from customers! I want my money placed back in my account and will do everything within my power to see that this store is held accountable. I hope you can assist me. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY PLACED BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AND I WANT THE Revdex.com TO BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS'S DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!

After receiving the notice from the Revdex.com in regards to [redacted], I reached out to her immediately and refunded her money. There was a glitch that caused the issue, and I would like to report that we have fixed the issue so this will never happen again. We are in business for 30 years because of our great customers.
